- Fri – Sun – $200
Maximum of 20 guests* (non-members)
up to 4 tables in the pavillion
Rental Time Slots: AM rental 11a – 3p | PM rental 4p – 8p (no PM rentals on days with social events scheduled)

*NOTE: Anyone that stays counts towards your guest limit regardless if they swim or not.

There is space in the office refrigerator to store ice cream. Remember to bring tablecloths and eating utensils.

NOTE: You are responsible to clean up all party items before you leave the pool.

Party reservation forms may only be filled out online by York Manor Swim Club members.
Only 2 parties may be booked on the same day, so the sooner you get your request form submitted, the more likely you are to be able to have your party on your selected date. Parties are booked on a first come first served basis.
Parties may not take place during any special events listed on the social calendar.
Parties may not be reserved on the Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday of opening or closing weekend.
Two days before your party, you will need to submit a list of expected party guests to the Manager.
PAYMENT
- The full payment is due and must be paid within 48 hours using the link you receive in the payment request email. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be automatically declined and the time slot will be made available for others.
For the safety of your guests, the Manager on duty the day of your party will review the pool rules with your guests before the party begins.
Members are responsible for the actions of their guests.
Refunds will only be made if the pool is closed during your party
