SNACK BAR MANAGER

DESCRIPTION

Pre-requisites:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must maintain Food Service Safety Management throughout employment

Duties include:

  • Follow Maryland State Health Department Standards for cleanliness.
  • Train and supervise staff of 10-15 Associates.
  • Works with Pool Manager to schedule Snack Bar staff according to needs.
  • Ordering and maintaining all food inventory.
  • Delivering consistent, professional customer service to all members and guests to the snack bar.
  • Maintaining snack bar immaculately clean condition.
  • Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
  • Close out/train Team Leads how to close out nightly drawer and prepare daily deposits as necessary
  • Responsible for daily deposits and cash management.
  • Maintain up to date payroll summaries and submit to Accountant as requested.


SNACK BAR LEAD

DESCRIPTION

Pre-requisites:

  • Must be at least 16 years old and have a Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Must maintain ServSafe certification throughout employment

Duties include:

  • Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service
  • Oversee adequate inventory of all Snack Bar equipment and supplies and purchase food and supplies from vendors
  • Maintain an environment within the Snack Bar that motivates staff to exhibit consistent professionalism, cooperation and fun to satisfy the members
  • Serve as a role model to Crew Members
  • Assist with Snack Bar maintenance to keep Snack Bar in a neat, clean and orderly manner
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

SNACK BAR CREW MEMBER

WAGE: Hourly Starting @ $14.25/hr HOURS: Part-Time Apply Here
DESCRIPTION

Pre-requisites:

  • Must be at least 15 years old
  • Must maintain ServSafe certification throughout employment

Duties include:

  • Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service
  • Performs various duties to prepare food for customers including taking orders, cooking food, plating food & handling cash register
  • Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
